What Does Airbnb Management Cost?

RG Stays management fees

RG Stays offers management terms at 21% for three months, 18% for six months and 15% for twelve months. The twelve-month option is the best-value rate. No VAT is charged.

What management covers

The agreed day-to-day service includes listing and booking management, guest communication, pricing oversight, cleaning coordination, property support and owner reporting. The exact responsibilities are confirmed before management begins.

Onboarding and launch

An initial onboarding fee applies for the setup and launch process. The amount and launch requirements are discussed directly with the owner before work begins.

Cleaning and guest services

Cleaning is charged to the guest as part of the booking. Where applicable, charges for additional services such as late check-in or early check-out are retained by RG Stays.

Property-related costs

Owners fund the property itself: this may include furniture, decorating, professional photography, improvements, safety work, repairs and utilities. These are separate from the management service because needs vary from one property to another.

Maintenance arrangements

RG Stays can coordinate routine maintenance on the owner's behalf under the agreed authority. The current arrangement allows routine maintenance spending up to £100 per calendar month, with emergency expenditure above that level where necessary to protect guests or the property.

Clear statements and agreed terms

Owners receive monthly reporting showing relevant income, deductions and management fees. Full terms are provided in the RG Stays Property Management Agreement before management begins.
