What's included?
The management fee covers the agreed day-to-day service, including listing and booking management, guest communication, pricing oversight, cleaning coordination, property support and owner reporting.
Onboarding & launch
An initial onboarding fee applies for the setup and launch process. Owners fund any furniture, decorating, professional photography or property works needed to prepare the property. Requirements are discussed clearly before work begins.
Guest charges
Cleaning charges are paid by the guest as part of their booking. Where applicable, charges for additional guest services such as late check-in or early check-out are retained by RG Stays.
Transparent Pricing
No Hidden Fees
Your management fee, property responsibilities, maintenance arrangements, guest-related charges and payment process are set out clearly before management begins. Any property-related costs are explained and agreed where applicable.
Owner Reporting
Monthly Owner Payments
Your property performance and financial activity are tracked throughout the management period. Owners receive a monthly statement showing the relevant income, deductions and management fees, with payments made according to the agreed arrangements.
Flexible Management
Not ready to commit to a long-term contract?
RG Stays operates on a monthly rolling basis, subject to the terms of the management agreement, giving owners flexibility in how they work with us. The current agreement provides for 30 days' written notice.
